If you’re looking for something a little different to do on the fourth Sunday of the month, the National Trust’s 10k run in Studland Bay couldn’t be much further from a traditional slap-up roast or afternoon tea!
Starting at the idyllic Knoll Beach, this bracing trail run takes you along the sand before a climb up to Ballard Down to follow one of the most scenic routes on the South Coast including the majestic Old Harry Rocks.
Registration is from 8:30am at the Knoll Beach Visitor Centre and the run starts at 9am. What’s more, it’s absolutely free so you can save your pennies for a celebratory slice of cake in the café once you’ve gone the distance.
Note: Knoll Beach Café opens at 9:30am for the fastest & hungriest runners!
