Packed with stylish Victorian features and situated right in the heart of town, The Royal Exeter Hotel is the ideal base for your Bournemouth stay. It was originally built by Captain Lewis Tregonwell in 1812 as a home and, as such, the building is something of a historical landmark in the town.
The Royal Exeter’s prime location means all the shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife are right on your doorstep with the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) just across the road. For a more relaxing break, the main Bournemouth beach is just a couple of minutes’ stroll away too.
Inviting bedrooms
This 54-bedroom family hotel has a variety of individually-styled bedrooms set across three floors; family, singles, doubles, twins and executives too. Family rooms generally come with one or two single beds, but please ask if there’s a specific layout and the hotel will try to accommodate.
