Prices in Winton are very reasonable for Bournemouth, and the area features many 3 and 4 bedroom family homes (mostly detached). However, in recent years a number of old Victorian buildings have been refurbished into attractive flats – so if you’d rather look for a flat, Winton can provide.
The suburb is particularly popular for its shopping – including a regular farmers’ market in Cardigan Road – and features a beautiful library, financed by Andrew Carnegie (of Carnegie Hall).
