Sandbanks is recognised as one of the most exclusive property spots in the UK, and is reported to have the fourth highest land value per square foot in the world. Many celebrities have purchased homes in the area, including footballer Harry Redknapp and cricketer Geoffrey Boycott.

Transport-wise, Sandbanks is served by the Morebus company with regular services to Bournemouth, Poole, Studland and Swanage; and for trains, Sandbanks is equal distance between Parkstone, Poole and Branksome railway stations – all are less than 3 miles away, providing fantastic transport links to destinations further afield.
