If you have been lamenting the loss of the Ocean Palace restaurant, it’s only gone and popped up at the exclusive Sandbanks Hotel! This pop-up Chinese restaurant opened in July 2016 in the hotel’s purpose-built Chinese kitchen.
There are over 100 dishes on the menu from firm favourites like crispy aromatic duck to tempting house specialities like sizzling Mandarin fillet of beaf and baked lobster in a spicy black bean sauce! Enjoy some light bites by the sea on a warm, sunny day or tuck in to a three course extravaganza!
Taking care to deliver an authentic experience, the bespoke Asian kitchen is completely fitted out with traditional Chinese cooking tools including steamers, ovens, even the knives and fridges to complement the talents of its dedicated team of chefs.
