With restaurants in Bournemouth (The Triangle), Boscombe, Christchurch, Lilliput and now branching out of town, Koh Thai Tapas has clearly found a recipe for success. The founders wanted to create a restaurant which would throw traditional expectations of Thai dining out of the window. Their award-winning, flagship restaurant in Boscombe established Koh’s CDE: Complete Dining Experience. They bring the fiery cocktails, exotic beers and an electric atmosphere in a fusion of food and music. Koh Thai doesn’t offer the three-course sit-down meal; get your fill of Thai appetisers ordered as and when you want. The Tapas menu features Koh’s most popular dishes including 24-hour ribs, Jungle Curry, mussels in crispy bacon and Thai fishcakes. For a more traditional dining experience you can still order your lip-smacking Thai curries, soup, salads, sides, rice, noodles and stir-fries too.
