and Conditions
Booking
We require a Debit/Credit card to secure booking. This
also guarantees payment.
Deposits
We do not take deposits (except for group bookings). However
there is a cancellation fee. Babies and children under 10
are not included.
Cancellations
Should you have to cancel we do require 48hrs notice.
After this a charge of £10.00 per person will be deducted
from your Credit/ Debit card which you have given us to secure
the room and guarantee payment.
Failure
to turn up at all with no notice will result with the first
nights money being taken in full from your Credit/Debit card
which you have given to secure the room and guarantee payment.
No other
charges will be made.
We have
the right to cancel any booking up to, and on the day of arrival.
Access
Statement
The Croydon
has 8 steps to access the building with a further 16 stairs
to the first floor then another 16 to the second floor.
On the
ground level we have a family room which has 1 step into the
en suite facilities which is not suitable for a wheelchair.
Breakfast is served down 13 stairs. All areas are not wheelchair
friendly.
Group
Bookings
We require
a deposit of £10.00 per person Non refundable.
Smoking
For the comfort of all our guests we operate a no smoking
policy.
If you
have to be asked to leave there will be no refund.
Drugs
Under no circumstances drugs are allowed on the premises
in any shape or form. The police will be called in and you
will be removed from the premises at once. No money will be
refunded.
Nuisance
Any person found to be a nuisance to any other guest in the
hotel, by shouting, drunkenness or just general non consideration
to others will be asked to leave, with no refund
Security
Always check your room is closed on leaving. Please ensure
the front door is always closed on leaving and returning.
If you
do not know the person at the Front door do not let them in.
Damage
On arrival should you find any damage in your room please
report it to the management ASAP. Any further damage found
during or after your stay will be charged to your credit card.
We accept
no responsibility for any items lost or damaged or stolen.
Visitors
Are only allowed with the permission of the management. And
must be booked in.
NO visitors
are allowed to stay overnight or after 16.00 hrs. Or a charge
will be made accordingly.
